NUnit Legacy (V2) Support
Created back in 2000, NUnit has been the leading .NET unit-test framework for many years. From 2002 to 2015, the NUnit V2 series led the way. With the introduction of NUnit 3.0 in 2015, the NUnit Project team decided to focus its limited resources on the new series and no longer accepts bug reports or enhancement requests for NUnit V2.
Users are encouraged to upgrade but some are unable to do so for various reasons. This site aims to provide support for those users.
Initially, we are providing pointers to the existing downloads as well as access to the NUnit V2 documentation. We plan to release new versions of NUnit V2 with bug fixes and small enhancements. For the latest source code, see our nunit-legacy site on github.
NUnit V2 is Open Source software released under the NUnit license, which allows its use in both free and commercial applications and libraries provided only proper credit is given.
NUnit V2 was developed by Charlie Poole, James W. Newkirk, Alexei A. Vorontsov and Michael C. Two. NUnit V1 was developed by Philip A. Craig.
